"Comprehensive renovation of a single-family home in Cabrera de Mar"
The intervention represented a complete transformation of the interior of the house. The old masonry staircase was demolished and replaced with a lightweight structure of iron and wood, which provided a greater sense of spaciousness and lightness. In addition, the staircase window was enlarged to favor the entry of natural light and improve the visual connection with the outside.
The interior spaces stand out for their spaciousness, the presence of large windows that open the house to the surroundings, and finishes that favor a warm and natural aesthetic.
Outside, a white non-slip porcelain pavement was chosen, ideal for damp areas, and a pool was built whose dimensions harmoniously adapt to the available space, thus completing a balanced intervention between functionality and design.
