"Total renovation project of a house in the picturesque village of Teià"
This project involved the complete renovation of a three-story house in the picturesque village of Teià, in the Maresme. The intervention covered the ground floor, the first and the second floors, adapting each space to the client's needs and creating a more functional and contemporary environment.
The ground floor was fully opened, unifying the areas of the dining room, living room, and kitchen into a single spacious and bright space. This layout allows for better circulation of natural light, visually connecting the interior with the exterior terrace and providing a sense of openness and continuity.
The staircase was covered with oak veneer, harmonizing the visual connection of the floor with the rest of the levels and reinforcing the aesthetic coherence of the project as a whole.
