Travessera de Les Corts I
"Complete renovation of an apartment on Travessera de les Corts"
The dwelling, of an ancient character and in very poor condition, had multiple small compartmentalizations. Almost all of the partitions were demolished, reconstructing the rooms according to the client's needs. Given the desire to create spacious areas, the initial idea was to open up the hallway, the kitchen, the dining room, and the living room, so that the first impression upon entering the apartment would be one of spaciousness and brightness.
Natural shades and textures were used, such as oak, oak veneers, and earth-colored lacquer, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the design's features is the paneling of the two kitchen doors, which provide access to the laundry room and hallway, integrating perfectly into the whole and providing a cleaner and more organized view of the space.
